How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your LOWBOZ, by sending them back to us within 10 days of receipt and we will post the refund to your credit card/PayPal account right away. (less shipping fees, when applicable).
Please include a note in the box with your order number and if tell us the reason for the return.

Refunds on merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping & handling charges).
